BI Search Tool - LogComex
How I helped LogComex improve its Search product by leading research and redesign efforts to enhance usability. By simplifying filters and adding a recent searches feature, I made the tool more intuitive and valuable for users. My work increased engagement, turning Search into LogComex’s best-seller, with 40+ new customers and 6,186 sessions in three months.
From Rebrand to Design System
How I helped BrightLocal address inconsistencies between their website and product tools by initially integrating branding elements. And established better communication between designers and developers and led the rebuild of the Design System. This created a more cohesive and maintainable platform.
Site Editor - Recreating an old tool
How I improved the site editor for personalized items on e-commerce websites by conducting user research and analyzing feedback to identify pain points. I collaborated with stakeholders and the development team to simplify the interface with intuitive features like drag-and-drop functionality and contextual tooltips. The redesigned editor significantly enhanced user comprehension, boosting satisfaction and engagement. I worked closely with the product manager to create wireframes and mockups, ensuring accessibility and user-friendly design throughout the process.
